My luxe is not showing my food added on my home screen??? Why

Hi @psurvis3 do you add food through your Lux, or do you add food through the fitbit app on the unknown phone? 

Let me know what I one and I'll be happy to move the post.

Same!

 

It started first to on some days remove the caloriecount that had been added even though the food and amount's are still logged.

 

It's happened again. And when logged in via browser, no food or info/logging is registered at all. 

 

I don't understand why as everything seems to be connected, up to date as well as given app permissions etc. 

 

I hope this issue gets sorted soon!

As long as there is any fight left, don't ever give up! Keep in mind, this also means there has to be space for acceptance too.

Same here, everything else is the same, like I don't understand why the
food that I have added is not showing up on the home screen like it used
ti. But wgen you tap to add food it is on that 2nd screen. ???

Yes I'm aware that food is added from the app. If you are an iOS user id move the post to the iOS board, if android, I'd move to the android board. 

Currently we are in hardware support and not app support.
