Luxe not syncing but steps recorded. No health or sleep data.

3 month old Luxe suddenly displays incorrect time for no reason.  Battery dropped from 100% to 3%.  Won't sync but seems to be recording steps!  No health or sleep data being recorded. It stopped notifying me to move and do 250 steps around a week ago.  App displays battery at 35% but device display says 81%.  Tried restarting device.  Nope.  Logged out of app.  Nope.  Turned Bluetooth off and on.  Nope. Help?!...

Mine is also. Spent time and followed directions. Doesn't work.

I seem to have got it to work this morning! Yesterday the app was not
connected to bluetooth (it was). Then it started to say that the Luxe was
not linked to the app. So I decided to link the device as a "new" device
and it seems to have worked. The display is back to how I had set it up
previously and it now says the correct time instead of an hour earlier.
Also the hourly activity alarm is working too. I have lost 2 days of
health/sleep data but hopefully it has sorted itself out now!

Forgot to say that although I lost 2 days of data all the previous data from before the Luxe went wrong is still there.
