Luxe not tracking breathing rate and skin temperature

I started wearing my Luxe a week ago and the Breathing Rate, HRV, and Skin Temperature metrics have not populated at all. They all say "No data in the past 24 hours." It also does not show my sleep stages, just awake/restless/asleep. I have tried Force Stopping the app and rebooting my phone as suggested by another thread but that didn't work. I know that I have to wear the device for longer before the Sleep Profile can be seen but these other metrics should have populated.

Hi, @ColinTan welcome to the community, may I suggest you review my response  Luxe won’t give me sleep score, HRV or BR - Fitbit Community. Is this the same issue you have? If you are still stuck please post here again.
