Luxe not tracking heart rate during workout

Hello,

Been using my Luxe for a few weeks and it was working great. Now all of the sudden, during my workouts it won’t track my heart rate. Most of the workout is spent with the - - showing. I’ve tried restarting, wiping clean, tightening during workouts and this still happens. Might look into Garmin.
