Luxe not tracking sleep since New Year 2024

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My luxe stopped tracking my sleep the night of the new year 1/1/24. I've tried restarting my Luxe and resincing with my phone but nothing that I've tried seems to work.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have the same issue with my Charge 5. Tried every suggestion I found in the internet to troubleshoot but nothing worked.

Restarted numerous times. No scores last 4 days  missing all 2024 statistics. Must be issue with Fitbit server. Formerly 99% reliable. Please advise.

Contacted Fitbit Support through X (formerly twitter). Agent went through my observations and concluded that my HEART rate option on my Luxe was turned OFF. I turned it back on from the Luxe face and can now see it in the phone Fitbit app display. No heartbeat, no sleep score. Total time records but not the fluctuations for awake, deep sleep, REM, and Light Sleep. Should see a score tomorrow. If not he said to check back. Make sure your Heart Rate option is on for the Luxe tracker.

Can you tell me where to find that option?

Go to your device and swipe the screen from the top and find settings. Then find the heart rate. Mine was actually off, so I turned it back on. I was having the same issue with seeing no sleep stages. So now I’m thinking in the morning I should see the sleep stages.

My last detailed sleep score was 1/4/24. I did a software update. Nothing. I cleaned the contacts on watch back. Nothing. My heart rate is on, but not seeing a heart rate. Last heart rate recorded was… 1/4/24!!! What has happened to our heart rate AND sleep?! Is this a ruse to get us to upgrade to premium? Time for Apple Watch?

Shouldn't your heart rate be recording immediately after turning it on? It should be monitoring you all day long! Check it now - you shouldn't have to wait over night. My heart monitor was never turned off, yet I'm still not seeing ANY heart rate recorded, nor sleep details - both since 1/5/24. I've tried everything: software update, restarting Luxe Fitbit. Read all the posts re this issue and tried all suggestions. Seems like many have started having this happen recently and nothing seems to fix it. Fitbit better fix this soon or I'm jumping ship - after 15+ yrs using the product. (Maybe Google is just trying to get us to upgrade to premium.)

That's good to know  (re same issue with Premium).  That tells me the problem is on the Fitbit side. They need to fix this!

My luxe is the same and it also keeps stopping for some reason and I have to connect the charger then sync it again numerous times. Very frustrating indeed!!

Was thinking similar that it might be a ruse to get us to upgrade or buy new 🤬

I am getting some sleep information for the last 3 nights, but I don't think it is correct.  It seems to start tracking quite a long time after I actually fall asleep.

Mine tracked 2 hrs 12 mins for last night (definitely not correct) and nothing for previous 2 nights.
