Hi, my Luxe won’t turn on, I have tried charging it and resetting it with the button on the charging cable. It vibrates and shows the fitbit icon, which then quickly disappears and the screen is blank again, I have tried updating but the app won’t connect with the watch. It’s only 2 months old, has anyone else had this problem? Or have any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you for sharing your experience and troubleshooting. If your Luxe display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following:

Got an almost identical problem.
Mine won't turn on at all. No fitbit logo, no vibration, just completely dead.
Resetting using the button on the charger does nothing.
Also was only two months old when it happened.
