Luxe not updating menstrual cycle since update

Since the latest update my Luxe has been saying one day until my period. The app is tracking my cycle fine and giving me correct data. I've tried restarting and reinstalling the Luxe and that hasn't fixed the issue.

My data for the past few years has disappeared completely! Fortunately I have the iPhone data. Fitbit is trying really hard to get rid of its users…
