Luxe not working correctly

On January 16th my luxe stopped working with my android phone.  Time went to 12:00 January 1. I've deleted app, restarted phone,  reinstalled app, restarted luxe, and still luxe is not pairing.  Bluetooth on phone is working but luxe is not pairing.

I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not working.  I appreciate the steps you have been tried before contacting. 

  • Is your Luxe on or off?
  • Does it respond when you try to restart it?  Does it vibrate?
  • Are the lights on at the rear?

I've tried those steps multiple times. The Fitbit does vibrate for
notifications received via my phone. The time is still an hour and ten
minutes ahead and currently says it's January 3rd. It will not sync with
updated data to my android phone. I spent Saturday on Fitbit chat was
eventually told an update to the app was coming that may solve the issue.

Thank you for letting me know that you have tried the steps in the article. In that case, I suggest you link your Luxe as new:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Luxe.
  5. A message will appear that says “replace your Luxe,” tap OK.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I hope I don't have to buy a new fitbit. Since update, it will not sync. My fitbit is one day ahead too.

What worked for me was going on fitbit app and selecting add a new Fitbit.
Select add in place of existing an letting it add a "new" fitbit and all is
good.

I just fixed my fitbit by doing the same thing. If u need help call the customer service line.
