Upgraded to the Luxe two weeks ago and already the paint has come off at the edge with the glass - it looks anything but Luxe. This really is poor quality build.
The funtionality is OK.

The best answer is to live with it and fill in the missing paint with a black Sharpie. Thanks

Hi @AndyLloyd I've had my Luxe for about two weeks and haven't noticed any paint coming off. Did you hit it against something? I find the Luxe to be much better quality and functionality than my old Alta HR. Sorry you're unhappy.

I have the gold version, and accidentally scratched that edge the second day wearing it. I've tried to be super careful since then, but have noticed multiple dings now along that edge. Super frustrating.

No it's not been hit. There's a little design issue - the glass face is set a fraction lower than the steel body at the top and bottom, thus creating a very small and thin raised edge at the join. Whilst this might be deliberate to save the face from wear, that's were the black coating had come away and it's like having a thin silver line framing the glass. On the whole happy with the functions and working of the device which is a step up from my previous Inspire HR, it's just this annoying ugly issue which hopefully your company can solve in your next version.
