Luxe pauses my workouts by itself and it won't reset at midnight

Loving my fitbit luxe but since I've had it, every other day it will drop out of my selected workout without me pressing any buttons - it will do this randomly / at no selected period of intensity. It has also - three times - not switched over to the next day (over night), so I wake up in the morning with my previous days steps etc still showing. Help pls!

Hi there, @FleurYvette. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

As a first approach, I would recommend checking if Auto Pause is turned off. You can find this setting by selecting the exercise you'll perform and scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Luxe by following these instructions. The restart should work for both, for the Luxe pausing itself and the steps that are not being reset at midnight.  

 

After trying the above steps, I would ask you to keep an eye on your Luxe. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

Hello. Thanks for responding but the issue has since happened another couple of times (both the resetting at night - once - and the dropping out of workouts - twice). Please could you investigate further? Thanks.
