Having multiple problems with Luxe. The biggest issue is with heart rate tracking. This is the reason I got the Luxe to help monitor my heart rate. I have already discussed this problem with Fitbit support and they told me to reset and remove the device from my phone. This solved the consistent incorrect readings but now my Luxe is recording my heart rate when I am not wearing the device. I had the device laying next to me and it vibrated because of my heart rate zone. The device said my heart rate was 200 while I was not wearing it. Does anyone have a solution for this? And no, I am not going to remove my device each time it goes crazy. This thing hasn’t worked right since I got it.
