Luxe recorded more than 20,000 from 2:15-2:30am. Obviously, this is impossible. And not the first time its done this. Any help?

Thank you for letting us know that your Fitbit Luxe tracked extra steps.

 

To prevent this from happening again, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In order to negate the extra data, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.
