Luxe- reminders to move wont turm on

Hello, 

 

my Luxe Reminders To Move button won't stay on. I slide it to the ON position, but when I back out to the previous screen, and then return to confirm the slider is still ON, it is turned off again. 

 

I have checked to make sure DND and Sleep Mode are both off. I have also restarted my phone and my Luxe with no luck. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry you are experience this also. I'm not sure how forums work so am writing my experience here also. I have deleted the app off my phone and reinstalled. I have reset the luxe many times. I have unpaired the luxe from my account. I have ensured notifications for the Fitbit app are turned on on my phone. I have wiped the Fitbit luxe with a factory reset. I have changed the setting on the website to on for reminders to move. when I go through the luxe menu on my phone I can turn the reminders to on. when I enter through the settings from the hourly activity goal - reminders to move is set to off. I have removed and repaired with bluetooth. I legit 100% bought this device for the reminder to move feature. without a solution I'm going to return it as the device is useless to me otherwise. Please help.
