Luxe reported low calories burned for every workout

I burn on average over two thousand cals/daily. I noticed Fitbit reported extremely low data for every workout this am which is why my fitness pal only showed 138 cal credited to my day. I am upset but realize its technical glitches like these that means we cannot totally rely on its data. Anyone else experience this?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

In addition, you can revoke the access between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.

 

Whether you continue having the same issue, please provide the following information:

 

- Is the total of calories burned on your Fitbit account wrong?

- The amount of calories burned on your Fitbit account is right but the data synced to MyFitnessPal is wrong?
