When I put my luxe on the charger last night it went back to 1 January 12am? I have solved by reinstalling and setting up new account, but need to know why it happened so i don't do it again

Thank you for sharing this experience that you had with your Luxe.
I'd suggest you checking up the connection between your phone and your device, since the date and time come from the app.
