Had my Fitbit on this morning, been out an hours walk, came up telling me I had over 9000 steps etc, synced the device to check the exercise tab for calories and it’s reset completely with 0 steps and not logged my exercise for the day? On the device it came up with the steps + calories when I finished the exercise and now it’s not showing?

Hi there, @FionaL167. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe.
Did you sync your Luxe before going for a walk? If you did not sync before the walk or even days before that day, please note that happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you began wearing it.
If you remember the exact amount of steps of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
I'd also recommend taking a look at this help article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
