The screen on my Fitbit Luxe is completely black but still on. I can feel it pulse slightly when I touch it and when I plug it in to charge. On the Fitbit app I cannot connect it via Bluetooth. From last I saw it it still had plenty of power more than 50%. While I was at work a magnet had stuck to the inside where the charging prongs are. Don't know if that messed that up. I tried doing a soft reset which is pressing the button three times. I also tried a hard reset which is holding the button for 8 to 10 seconds. Nothing changed other than I felt pulses when I did it, but it is still black. Is there anything else other than a reset I can try? Or has my Fitbit been destroyed accidentally?

Welcome to the community forums @Quinn_09.
Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Luxe and for trying to fix it on your own.
I'm not sure if at this time you are experiencing the same behavior. If so, confirm that the device is charging.
If you see some difficulty to get the device charged, follow the steps listed here: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Since you mentioned that you are unable to connect the device via Bluetooth with the Fitbit app please take a look at the following help article:
