Luxe screen blank w lines across

yesterday morning woke up to my watch face not displaying anything but lines. Synced to my app and wouldn’t sync at first. Eventually did. Also noticed battery was down to 28% when fully charged day before. Charged fully again yesterday morning but upon removing from charge immediately dropped to 91%. Screen was back but then glitched on me one more time yesterday. Seemed to be fine this morning, keeping charge, screen okay. Then I was away someone early afternoon and screen is gone and just shows lines again and nothing else. Purchased November 2022. I know these things typically only last 1.5-2 yrs but any suggestions welcome. Still syncing my steps and all on app but watch is useless.

DO NOT believe what tech support tells you! From my post above, I tried resetting my luxe from suggestions here and on YouTube. I called tech support this morning and they suggested exact same thing. I asked her since I have no screen if this means my luxe is done and she said yes. But oddly it was still sinking. She also said the luxe will no longer be made. 

Not wanting to be without a fitness tracker, I purchased the charge 6 on Amazon and had it delivered today. Tried setting it up tonight and could not. Fiasco w Google account and it would not allow me to setup. Mind you I had already removed the luxe when I went to set up charge. In desperation to get the charge device to connect I thought: I’ll reconnect my luxe. And wouldn’t you know, my luxe is back and screen displays just fine! I was about to throw out my device and charger and all. And hopefully Amazon will accept my return of the charge 6 since I tore apart and wrote on the box. And I can get a refund on my 2 yr warranty. I guess I’m glad I couldn’t set up fhe  new device!
