Luxe screen corrupted

Hello my Fitbit luxe screen is all messed up. Their is only colored lines on the screen when I try to open the Fitbit.  I can’t access the setup screen because every menu is just colored lines all over the screen and I can’t see what I’m doing to try and restart it.  Not sure what to do exactly

this happened to mine after only 3 months.  Fitbit replaced it, but it sorted itself out.  However, it has gone again and this time hasn't come back so I am going to use the new one which is currently on charge

Hi @Snyder127 Try restarting the Luxe and also try installing a different clock face in the app. If neither of those help then contact Fitbit Support

How did you get in touch with them? I can’t seem to find contact details to resolve mine is doing the same thing but won’t come back at all!

I have the exact same issue it’s very frustrating. When I’ve gone into chat with Fitbit help they advise to change the clock face or unpair it from your phone and Fitbit app and re pair it. Hope it works for you

They just replied to me in this forum and said they would send me a replacement. It appears to be a very common problem
