Luxe screen corrupted

My luxe screen has become corrupted and only shows coloured stripes

I can swipe up and down on the screen as if going through the menu and they change but the display never corrects itself.

I have rebooted it using the button on the charger and it responds but doesn't fix the issue.  It will charge and is still syncing.

Is there any way to fix it?

Thank you so much for letting us know that the display of your Luxe is corrupted and shows coloured stripes.

I suggest you try to change the clock face:

  • With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then devices icon and then "Luxe".
  • Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install. Choose one developed by Fitbit.
  • Sync your Luxe with the Fitbit app.

I’m having the exact same problem and have tried every trouble shooting and restart option, have changed the clock face, and nothing works.

Hi,

Mine started working again for no apparent reason but it happened again a
few days later.

I gave up and bought a replacement as my Fitbit was out of warranty and
also not great at holding charge anymore. It's a shame though!

My screen has become corrupt also. I am having trouble with my luxe screen turns completely dark and doesn't sync to fitbit after 4pm . Once charge I have 6-8 hours.  I have tried changing the face but the same thing keeps happening. Is it a sign it is time to move on from Luxe and Fitbit?
