Luxe screen flickering

I have changed screen face, restarted it and nothing helps.   It's useless the way it is.  I've only had it about a month and a half.

Did you already try to restart the Luxe and change the clock face?

Yes, I did both these things. It was better for several days, but just started having problems again this evening.

Extremely frustrating. I was patient and kept chatting with customer service. Finally got someone who finally "got it". It stopped flickering and all that was on my screen were colored lines. I supplied my receipt and they are replacing it under warranty. I only had it for a month.

I am actually on my 3rd Luxe since May because of those issues. It started with my Luxe not syncing, even after all of the troubleshooting suggestions. Tech issued a replacement after my 3rd call in 2 weeks. That one worked for a few weeks, then the screen went black with green lines. More calls to tech, and they issued another refurbished Luxe which arrived today. It had a totally black screen, so I put it on the charger. It didn't buzz, or show any lights on the back or front. I left it on the charger for 3 hours, and still nothing. I have a call in to them now, but am about ready to try a different model!

Thank you for your response. I had the old charge 2 and it worked great for years. You aren't giving me much hope for the Luxe.

Oh no! That stinks!  I really like this luxe!  I hope we can all get one that works!
