HI all,
does anyone have a fix for a frozen screen on a Luxe. I tried restarting the fitbit, reinstalling the app many times. And now my app won't even let me sync the fitbit as the connection dropped off. It is not even showing on the device list. This is very disappointing as it's my second Fitbit. The first one I had to go back to the retailer to get swapped as it was faulty. Only had this one since September 2022! Thanks!
