Luxe screen has developed green lines

Hi everyone, 

I have recently purchased a Fitbit Luxe in india. And it’s has been less than 20 days my device started having patchy screen and green lines. And I have seen on the community it is a problem with the device. I know it’s under warranty but the problem is there is no customer care I can email or reach out to in India. The phone numbers do not work and when I email the seller their reply is just deal with Fitbit we don’t know anything. 

This is one of the most frustrating customer interactions I have had till. 

im hoping someone who help in resolving this issue.

@Jaikrishna10 Unfortunately that is a hardware issue. Try one of these help methods here. I believe the FitbitSupport account on Twitter (X) might be a good option for you if you can't reach any of the phone numbers.

Hi Heather, 
Like suggested I have contacted the customer care number for india. They did some trouble shooting and eventually said they would replace. But from one month I have been waiting for their reply. and ever since there is no word from them as to how to go about it or get the replacement. And i tried the X/twitter but of no use. Can anyone guide me on how to get this cleared up.
