My Luxe has a line of dots across the screen. It is still tracking, but the screen is unresponsive. I cannot access settings to shut it down. Also, the battery isn't holding its charge. I recharged last night and this morning it is 47%. When attached to the charger, the charging screen appears, but the screen remains unresponsive.

Hello @katcas. If you are unable to access the screen to restart or reset the device, have you tried unpairing the Luxe from your phone and removing it from the Fitbit app and setting it up as new?
