Luxe screen has developed horizontal stripes

Hello,

 

My Fitbit Luxe began showing horizontal stripes soon after receiving it, which progressed to a completely black screen with two horizontal stripes. The stripes move and change colour as I try to scroll up and down. I have attempted reset, reset using the charger, changing the clock face, and nothing has fixed the issue - still seeing stripes.

 

I'm 10 days in from requesting a refund or exchange from Fitbit and haven't heard an outcome (I sent photos). I'm hoping that by posting here, may hasten an outcome?

Hiya, how did yours get resolved in the end? Mine has exactly the same issue after just 5 days of opening the box 😞

Hello, I am having the same problem and it is just a week old. I have done some resets, etc. So far it is working again, but I don’t have faith it will continue to do so. I bought the luxe to replace the charge five that just died on me in less than a year.

But she said it was a Luxe, not a versa, what are the instructions for the versa

I too have the same problem. Horizontal lines  fading in and out. I tried both suggestions for resets which helped initially but lasted only a few hours. The fit bit was bought 2 months ago. I’d be grateful for any help please.

Honestly. I just returned it. It had one day left to return. It's already on the FedEx truck going back.
