Luxe screen has frozen

Hi All. My fitbit, only purchased in March has frozen on the walk counter, with the exercise menu overtop if it. The exercise menu I can move, but that's all. Does anyone know how I can get it back to the clock screen or do I have to wait until the battery is a 0 to reset. I don't even know how it got to that screen as I was sleeping!  Thanks

Update.... I have tried restarting using the charger & that did not work, so please refrain from advising that. Thanks

Hi there, @Fredbear. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Luxe is still frozen. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device one more time as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
