My Luxe has been doing great but just started to flicker on what show's on device screen.. Restarted it but no change. Any suggestions to resolve? thanks!

Thank you! I did contact support and they had me run through these steps and it still didn’t work. So I’m covered in see the warranty and they sent me return instructions. I sent the Luxe in yesterday.
