Luxe screen has turned green

My 6 month old Fitbit luxe screen has turned green.  It has been nowhere near any water.  I have tried restarting it, press button 3 times on lead with one second in between, nothing happens.  I have been onto LiveChat and they are completely ignoring me.  I have lost all faith in the product and the company now as all I want to do is return it and get a full refund as it is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose unless anyone can tell me what to do please!

Thanks for your response but I have tried 3 times to speak with someone via LiveChat. The first twice last night wouldn't connect and today nobody answered. I believe the telephone number is for USA, I'm in the UK so if you can provide me with a UK number I'll happily call them. Thanks.

I have now tried LiveChat four times with no response whatsoever.  I have waited at least 20 minutes on each occasion.  I have been told that I was disconnected but as it's never connected in the first place I find this hard to believe.  There is no telephone number in the UK to call!!!!  I have now resorted to Twitter messaging but again no reply.  Have all the staff at Fitbit disappeared?  I have now lost faith in Fitbit and just want a refund as their customer service is non existent.

My chats have not been disconnected as they have never been connected.  Fitbit Live Chat is just ignoring my messages.  How am I supposed to get an answer to my queries????  I have a Fitbit that cost me £129.99 and it's rubbish after only 6 months of use.  It doesn't work and there is nobody available or willing to help me.  I have tried this Forum, Live Chat, Twitter and Facebook.  There are no telephone numbers that work in the UK and the retailer isn't interested.  What a waste of money!

I have just been in contact with Fitbit using the chat function and they are sending me a replacement. Good luck

I finally found a number for the UK, although the call centre was in Jamaica, and they're sending me a replacement too 👍

Hi,  I too have a 6 month old Fitbit Luxe and this morning it also turned green !  I hope Fitbit can help me as I tried to reset (reading through some threads here) but nothing also happens.  Thanks !

Having the exact same problem— when I take it off for a bit, it seems to clear up, but within 5 minutes of putting it back on I have the issue. This one is less than 6 months old, a replacement for one I had a little less than a year.
