Luxe screen is going dark at night

My Luxe screen goes black every night while I sleep. I don't have any problems during the day. I can only turn on the screen if I connect it to the charger and hit the restart button 3 times.  Any advice? This is a brand new purchase and this has happened since day 1.

Hi there, @klatham11. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, it seems like your Luxe might be in sleep mode or DND. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, please check the manual as she suggested or see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

Hi @klatham11  see Page 15 of the user manual. Could it be you have sleep mode or DND mode on? Click to read
