Luxe screen is pixelated

This evening my Fitbit screen has gone black with a yellow pixelated box. Nothing else comes up

 it is only a year old

@Unhappyluxe have you tried restarting your device? That is usually the first thing to try when you encounter unexpected behavior.

Hi

 thank you

 I received a replacement part but less than a week later this piece is not working

 the screen is completely black and won’t respond to charging

 please advise
