Luxe screen is slightly bluish

Hello everyone!

 

I've had a Fitbit for 3 days, it works well, the measurements seem consistent (especially for sleep tracking), however the top part of the screen is slightly bluish. I notice it especially when I am outside. The wristband has not fallen off or received a knock. Do you think this is a manufacturing defect (I feel like it's getting bigger)?

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Alex. Did you get it fixed? My started being bluish then it started flickering and then it went completely black. Sometimes I'll see the clock back on but it'll flicker again and goes back to black screen. So annoying. Tech support hasn't helped either.
