Luxe screen is stuck on 5 dots

I have 5 dots at the top of a black screen and can not get to any other screens.  My Fitbit is 3 months old.  I read about trying to restart by plugging into the charger and pushing the button 3 times but I have no button to push so I have no idea what that means.  Anyone else have this problem and know how to get it fixed?

Hi there, @rfost. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the great recommendations from @NellyG, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @rfost Try to restart your Luxe using the directions in this help article - Restart your Tracker  You will need to scroll down until you come to the directions for the 'Charge 5 and Luxe'. There is a picture to help you locate the button on the charging cable.

If that doesn't fix your issue then contact Fitbit Support
