Hello! For almost a week, my Luxe has the maximum brightness of the screen. It really bothers me, and I’ve tried to change it several times from the Settings, but it just doesn’t work. There is no difference between “Dim” , “Normal” and “Max”. It just uses non stop the “Max” I guess.
Does anyone know how to fix this? 😢

Hi there, @mariaiancu. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
