Luxe screen non responsive and difficulties with bracelet

Having issues sliding up and down and swiping side to side. Really unresponsive also had to take the jorgana bracelet off and use the silicone one because the metal bracelet keeps detaching from the watch and there is also gaps between the metal bracelet and watch. Any ideas?? is this a fault do i need to make a warranty claim?? Was so desperate to get this fitbit now I wish I got a samsung watch instead!!
