Help!!!!!! Last week my Luxe just stopped everything on the screen!! All I see is red/blue/yellow lines. I still get vibrations but I can't pair it with my phone or computer-which was paired before. Has anyone had this problem? And how do I fix it? Thank you

NO- It still doesn't work!!!!! I can't tell if the battery is full--now I do get a blue screen but nothing!! I have purchased another. Hoping this will last longer than 2months!!!!
