Luxe screen staying on after sleep mode turns off

Hello everyone.

Is anyone else having the issue where after sleep mode auto turns off, the screen turns on and stays on until you pick up the fitbit and make the main screen come on? The screen that comes on and stays on seems to be the same screen for the always-on display, but when I go into the settings it says the always-on display is off and I keep the always-on display turned off constantly.

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

You can also try a different clock face to see if the issue gets resolved.

I restarted the tracker and it did not solve the problem. I will try changing the clock face to see if that works.
