Luxe screen stopped working

My luxe syncs with my phone but the screen doesn’t work anymore. Changing clock face doesn’t work, restarting the luxe Fitbit with the charger doesn’t work, disconnecting and connecting the Fitbit from my phone doesn’t work. Forgetting the Fitbit on the app doesn’t work. There are no updates so I can’t do that either. The tapping feature works but when I try to swipe left, right, up or down, none of that works. It’s also at 100% so it’s not a battery issue. I haven’t had this watch for very long but if it a case of it’s just doesn’t work anymore and there isn’t anything I can do then I need to know that.

Hi , @Sm102 , it sounds like you have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps that we would recommend in the Community Forums.  That being the case I would recommend that you get in touch directly with Fitbit Customer Support, following this link: Contact.fitbit.com .  They will let you know your options.  Good luck, and let us know how it goes.
