Luxe screen stuck on alarm settings

It seems that the screen is stuck on "set alarm". I can change the time for the alarm to go off... but I can't get off the alarm page... swipe, up, down left,right.. nothing works. Help!

Hi there, @ROXAFOX. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Luxe before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
