Fully charged but shoeing a dotted line on screen. When I swipe, no other screens appear

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If you manage to bring your Luxe back to life, please make sure it's up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
