Luxe screen stuck on row of dots

I have 5 dots the middle one is blue.  Cannot change screen or get to any other screens...HELP

 

Update: Luxe is the model not luce

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you, I called CS and spoke with a delightful gentleman and we dud change my clock face and it worked perfectly. Thank youSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
