  • My Fitbit lux screen has suddenly (overnight) changed to a solid yellow square/rectangle.  It won't change to anything when swiped.  Tried a reboot but still nothing - any ideas??

Hi there, @JadaPuppy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

It seems like your Luxe is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Thank you - but it doesn't swipe at all. If I try to swipe the screen
switches off (goes black) so I can't do anything with it at all. Any other
suggestions?
