Luxe screen turned green and it's flickering

Hi, I've had a Fitbit Luxe for about a week and a half, it seems to have developed a fault where the screen display flickers green, I thought this was just the clock face at first so changed it to a different display, but the problem persists, I've checked some of the other displays and they also occasionally flicker green aswell. I've tried resetting the device by pressing the button on the charging cable 3 times with it connected but that didn't have any affect. 

 

Is there anything else I can do to rectify this problem?

I am having the same problem with mine that I have had for 2 months.  Were you able to get a resolution from customer support?
