Luxe screen turned green and it's flickering

My Fitbit is only 3 months and it is malfunctioning. The screen is green and it is flickering. I already restarted multiple times.

Following. 

Itsnow gone from flickering horizontal lines to a green screen and nothing! Was on charge. Undamaged. Is 3mth old.
