Luxe screen wake I greyed out and won’t turn on

My screen wake has all of a sudden decided to not work and it is greyed out. Tried resetting but does not work. How do I resolve this issue?

It could be you are in 'Sleep Mode'; that prevents Screen Wake.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

How do I get it out of sleep mode.  I have reset a few times but screen won't turn on...

When looking at the time swipe down and as you continue to swipe various setting appear. DND (do not disturb) then sleep mode should be next, then screen wake and that should be set on auto.
