My luxe was working perfectly fine yesterday, and then I updated it, and after 20 minutes of that, it said that the update didn't work and there was a white line on my screen. I tried to restart my luxe by pressing the charger button 3 times, and the logo would show up for a second and the screen would go black. I tried this multiple times throughout the day and the same thing would happen. Tried to contact Fitbit and they said they would create a ticket for me but I never heard back from them. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've only had this for a couple months.
