Luxe screen went blank

Have have tapped my face screen and my watch is black...no clock appears. Please help, I can see all my data on the Fitbit app.

I suggest to post your question to the relevant section depending on the watch you have where you can have more visibility (no pun intended).

Hi @CUBS44  -  it's difficult to answer questions if the watch type, version and Fitbit App version are unknown. As @SunsetRunner  says posting in the right device forum would already be a help.
