Screen went black yesterday. Still charges and logs data. Tried changing clock face. Tried restarting from the charger many times.

Thank you for providing the details regarding the difficulty with your Fitbit device. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I don't know if you are still having this issue, but if so, please follow the steps listed here below in the order as indicated:
Please, sync your device: with your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and tap Today. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
Now, please change the clock face as indicated in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
In addition, restart your device as indicated in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

We have 3 Fitbit Luxe devices (all purchased December 2021 through May 2022) and all three developed this issue of “playing dead” even though fully charged, beginning after less than 14 months of gentle daily use, my husband and son gave up, but I am still trying to use mine. To get it to “wake up” I have to attach it to charger and wait only a few seconds, but then if I try to use it for anything- like the “relax” guided breathing, I get through less than 8 breaths and it goes black again. When it goes black it disconnects from the app, if I connect it to the charger it connects right back. And yes I have tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling. I persist as it works to track my sleep, but seems silly that I can’t seem to use it for anything else. Appreciate any help.
