Luxe screen went white

My luxe has a white blurry screen. It is still counting steps and has vibration. I have tried restarting using charging cable and tried changing screen. It's still white. Purchased January 2022.

Hi, @NMurp welcome to the community, allowing you have tried restarting & changing the clock face I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. Before making the call make a note of where & when you bought your "Luxe", depending on where you are you may still be covered by the warranty
