Luxe screen went yellow

My Luxe had been working very well up until a couple days ago when the default display decided to just turn to a yellow rectangle. Reading other forums on other products, I followed the advice and tried several things. I updated my device, switched the clock face on the app and restarted it several times with the charging port. While the Luxe still tracks all of my data effectively through the app, still a yellow display on the home page. I can also get the normal home screen to pop-up on occasion, but I would say 90% of the time it is just this yellow display. 

On top of all of this, I received a low battery notification this morning after only wearing it for about 12 hours after charging. I like this product and would prefer not to get a new one, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.
