This issue just recently started on my Luxe. Whenever it’s off the charger, the screen will only work for a day or so before going black and becoming unresponsive until I put it on the charger again. Once it’s on the charger, the Fitbit logo will flash and I’ll be met with the battery percentage screen. There will still be plenty of battery percentage left (so the device isn’t dead), and my daily activities will still be recorded — the issue is that I just can’t use the screen at all! Any suggestions are welcome!

Hi, @UnseelieFae , there are two steps that often fix this issue. First you should give your Luxe a restart. The instructions are in this Help article . You should also try changing the clock face. You do this in the app and the instructions are Here . Be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the app.
If that solves the issue then you can return to your previous clock face if you want.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Hi there, @UnseelieFae. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Luxe.
As a first approach, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by @Julia_G.
If your Luxe keeps showing the Fitbit logo afterwards, please try the following steps:
1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.
